Scalability
No need to redesign every few years.
Blenz is one of Greater Vancouver’s coffeehouse staples, and continues to expand across Southwestern BC. They had undergone a major rebrand, and needed their website redesigned and rebuilt. But now that their site is built on Refoundry, they won’t need a rebuild again – their site will be able to flex and grow with the company.
Refoundry’s themeless setup means that their marketing team can update global styles for colors and typography, as well as edit the same settings on every page. Plus, they can easily change existing page layouts to feature new products or perks, by copy/pasting whole sections from other pages or using layouts from the Component Library.
Mobile Usability
Flexible, accessible menus.
The majority of Blenz’s users are visiting the site on their phones to browse products, order online, or get nutritional info. Their mobile experience needed a major overhaul. Refoundry’s low code, block-based system, and its Responsive Block Settings, made it significantly easier to build two custom mega menus for desktop and mobile.
Refoundry also empowers their team to maintain their menus without a developer. They can edit the primary and footer menus in the visual editor, the same way they would edit any other page or post. This way they can tweak menu layouts, styles, and settings as needed to support new products and remove limited-time offers.
Store Finder
Getting people into the stores.
Along with app downloads, a key conversion for the Blenz site is helping customers who are already on the site to find the nearest location. Refoundry integrates seamlessly with any plugin that works with the Gutenberg editor, so it was no problem to add the WP Store Locator plugin for this piece.
The Blenz marketing team can quickly add new franchises as they open by using the custom store template. This seamlessly feeds the map on the frontend. They can also add any other integrations needed to drive conversions and analyze performance, like plugins for building custom UTMs, integrating with Google Analytics, or adding promotional pop-ups.
